Web Design And Implementation Of China Mobile Communications Management Institute

China mobile communications management institute hereinafter referred to as "management institute" is the training institution directly under China mobile communications group company. Its original web portal used two layers mode, which is not clear in division of responsibilities and is bad for data encapsulation. So it is too hard to maintain. In order to improve the work efficiency and better display its talents, management institute put forward some new interactive module demands similar as "teaching XieYing", "friendly intercourse" and "teaching activities". Therefore, its web portal transformation is put on the agenda. This paper is based on the project named "China mobile communications management institute web portal transformation and group level course library construction". After the successful implementation of this project, this paper detailed and summarized the design processes and development experiences of this web portal.On the basis of elaborating the key technologies of designing the website based on web service both at home and abroad, in order to realize its front desk interface aesthetics, background rights management, and good real-time interactive, the new system is based on J2EE tri-tier model and B/S structure, which also uses SSH framework and follows the MVC thought. Besides, this new web portal is designed in a SQL Server 2008 basis. Its new features include: providing for registration and feedback channels for related modules in the front desk, module managements in background, backstage real-time editor maintenance, mailing, editing new BBS or periodicals and so on. At the same time, aiming at modify in backstage the same to in the front, system integrated "rich text box" technology innovatively, which makes each module's application administrator be able to make typesetting and real-time update the front content.Finally, after on-line commissioning test, the system shows that the design is correct and stable, which is completely realized the actual needs. But, due to design development cycle is short, the interface design and database redundant control still needs further study.After using the special website loophole monitoring tools to test this system, it can be concluded that J2EE tri-tier model can effectively avoid SQL injection attack. Therefore, this system has high instantaneity and security. So it provides a good reference for education and training institutions similar as China mobile communications management institute to build web portals. In a word, this system is sure to devote a contribution to plenty of strenth for improving work efficiency, displaying enterprise talents and realizing enterprise information management.
