| As the accelerated development of Internet and mobile communication technology, the application of mobile Internet technology is increasingly prevalent in daily life, and the emerging mobile banking services are thus booming, and getting matured. Mobile banking is also known as mobile phone banking, it's the shortened way of addressring banking and financial services through mobile communication network and terminals.For users as we all have experienced the trouble of queuing for the banking services for a long time, but the rise of mobile banking has helped us to solve the queuing problem, and in addition to that, mobile banking could provide clients with a full range of "3A" service, which allows the bank customers to deal with multiple (Anything) financial operations at any time (Anytime) and anywhere (Anywhere). For banks, mobile banking on average costs only as much as one fifth of the traditional transactions, thus greatly reducing the bank's operating costs. For the mobile service providers, they are greatly benefited from the rapid development of mobile banking. Because when each mobile banking user is making transactions, they need to pay the mobile service providers. In addition, as the rapid development of mobile banking, the mobile servie providers has increased potential users and new service and sales points on new new mobile devices.The quality control of software project, in the conventional sense, refers to the test of the final product and it is a specific stage of the software development. With the wide application of the total quality management thinking, quality control of software development has expanded to the total quality management (TQM) by focusing not only on the final product but also the semi-finished products and the development process This is an expansion of the software quality control. The expanded software quality control has underpinned the whole development process, including all phases such as needs assement, components design, detailed design, coding, integration and testing. As TQM has covered the whole development process, this clearly helps to identify and control the software defects and improve the software quality.Mobile banking as a transaction channel by banks and financial institutions has caught wide attention for its software qualities from finance sectors and social users since its birth. The main focus of the study is to expore the ways of developing high quality mobile banking products to meet the demand by users on mobile banking. This paper will apply the software life cycle theory of software engineering and ISO9001 as well as CMM software maturing model to study the quality control of the mobile banking softwares. |
