With years of rapid development, Mobile communication network already has a considerable network size and better quality. At the same time, market competition increasingly fierce. In order to adapt to market changes and needs of service users, the operators have introduced policies to make the mobile communications market more civilians. Convenient, cheap and colorful business made changes in user behavior, also would be substantial growth in usage. These lead to serious shortage of network capacity. In addition, as the limited frequency resources, network had serious interference. With the continuous expansion of mobile networks and the general strengthening of "green environmental" awareness among residents, location of base stations has become increasingly difficult, especially in dense urban areas. However, dense urban areas is often the communications network operators the forefront of competition, also the main anchor business income. Dense urban areas network construction problem is currently the whole network issue of China Mobile Communications Group. As one of the five institutes in the country, our company has maintained the leading position in the communications technology, and also has been providing high-quality communications business services to China Mobile Group. In order to protect the construction of network engineering, improve the quality of mobile communication networks, Our staff have been studying on mobile communication networks related issues. And This paper is one of the many issues. According to the author's work(Mobile communication network Planning and Design), details about the contents of this paper are:1)Conducted in-depth analysis and research about dense urban comprehensive building proposal. Researched the relationship among call quality, network capacity and network structure by analysis of statistical data on the whole network in a big city. Proposed Localization of high load area under the certain quality standards, and then located the high network load area.2) Proposed network construction methods in the dense urban area, by analysis of the basic situation of the existing network, business forecast, distribution of traffic density, analysis of network structure and capacity assessment, and the optimization and adjustment to the different scenarios. Including equipment selection, room and roof building proposal.3)Further study about the planning and construction in the dense urban area with specific thematic programs. In this paper, the author proposed "Three-dimensional network", "Layered cover", and introduced the "beautification antenna", "small equipment", "special base station room", "the carrier pool" and other implementation methods are fully in the practical application of network. These methods greatly eased the conflicts between the difficulties of dense urban areas network construction and rapid growth of network capacity. 'Three-dimensional network", "Layered cover" improved the frequency re-use density, solved the problem of frequency resources insufficient, increased network capacity. "Beautification antenna", "special base station room" maintained harmony with the surrounding environment and reduced the perception of the residents which effectively solved the difficult problems of the base station location. "Small equipment", "the carrier pool" saved investment in addition to effectively solved of the base station location. "The carrier pool" also can improve resource utilization. Overall, method above effectively solved the problem caused by network high traffic. These method provided constructive solutions under the high traffic situations for China Mobile Communication Group, and played a significant role in maintain the network quality. And have the certain guiding significance to the dense urban areas network planning, optimization and the construction.
