Jilin mobile wireless network after some construction phase of the project, hascompleted the basic construction of GSM network, TD-SCDMA network and WLANnetwork, fully loaded with voice and data services for mobile users. But with the changeof business growth as a whole and user behavior, speech business growth tends to slow,data business growing rapidly, resulting in the original network capacity and the businessnetwork flow become the bottleneck of the development. With the rapid development ofmobile business, mobile business based in Jilin as the carrier, network construction andbusiness flow into priority among priorities enterprise, urgent need to start planning andoptimization of wireless network.The first chapter of this paper for three major network in mobile communicationnetwork are described systematically, and introduces the background of research andideas, research on the expected results and significance of the subject are discussed.The second chapter introduces the radio network planning and optimization of theobjective, guiding ideology and concrete steps. The main work of planning andoptimization, based on the traffic model, estimates of the number of users, the frequencyresources, possible site, wireless link rate, base stations or mobile phone equipmentperformance, various losses, cover jamming requirements, the planning personnel initiallyselected planning period, the number of domestic base station site and the correspondingcell parameters, then verifies and analyzes its, according to the results of the analysis todecide whether the need for change and how to modify. After repeatedly, finally obtainsan optimized scheme. The scheme should be the utilization rate of the system capacityand quality of service requirements with minimal investment, high frequency.The third chapter mainly introduces the principles of the construction of wirelessnetwork card network. GSM network is mainly a wide coverage of the macro station,street station, substation area station, room, voice service and data service; TD-SCDMA isthe main and branch town and the main urban macro station, sharing of voice and dataservices of GSM network pressure; WLAN hotspot is meet the hot regional high speed data service demand. This is through the analysis of three networks, according to thecurrent status of network location and construction key, based on user behaviorcharacteristics of dense urban area, the allocation of resources are also optimized,network capacity upgrade, in order to achieve innovative network construction model ofthe final.The fourth chapter analyzes the status quo and development problems of Jilin mobilewireless networks. Business in Jilin province is the data traffic will continue to doublepromotion, voice traffic accounted for a declining, the network load increased, cybersource shortage. TD-SCDMA, WLAN network is smaller, the operation period is short,not good shunt GSM network voice and data services. The rapid development of city,county, the depth of coverage and capacity can not meet the development needs of theunderlying network, inadequate, weak coverage more complaints. Traffic data services inrural and remote areas larger increase, demand for network quality. Companyheadquarters to promote the coordinated development of all three, highlight thecharacteristics of network itself, highlighting the business content, GSM network toensure the voice short message service quality.The fifth chapter in China Mobile Jilin branch network effectively implement the"overall guiding ideology of benefit", adhere to the "scientific planning, optimize themanagement, make both ends meet, long-term investment" investment policy, in ensuringthe equipment utilization rate, at the same time pay attention to benefits of networkinvestment. This chapter elaborates the Jilin mobile dense urban network planning andoptimization scheme, according to the two typical dense urban scenes of the Jilinprovincial capital city that Changchun business circle and traffic hub as an example,analyses various problems in wireless network status and network operation, forecastingthe future business growth through the user, after a reasonable proportion of networkbusiness flow bearing design, multiple dimensions from the network coverage, userbehavior, a comprehensive analysis of the network, in-depth excavation of internalrelations, planning and optimization scheme of three-dimensional network of dense urbanareas, guiding the design of engineering and related business.
