Flowing the technology of Business Intelligence developing, enterprises build data warehouse or data-mart in order to solve the present questions which are how to share data and information.By analyzing the present several database, the HR-Database is an ODS(operational data store), and the HR Data Mart is constructed by concept model, logic model, physical model and so on. Using the Microsoft's DTS tool, the multidimensional date source are built.Human Resource is important for an enterprise, and it has been managing for the organization by gaining, developing, maintaining, and utility of employees. In the 21's century, we have entered knowledge social, and person who has knowledge has become the power of improving the social. It is an important subject that enterprises use the artificial intelligence to manage the knowledgeable employees. Realizing a kind of artificial neural net model, it is a explore for intelligence's HR Management.
