Research On Knowledge Sharing Of Knowledge Ecology System From Social Network Analysis Perspective

Knowledge sharing is an important means to promote the use of knowledge and increase the value of knowledge. However, many studies have shown that there are various barriers to knowledge sharing, and these barriers like natural barriers, social barriers and artificial barriers make people take the initiative to conduct knowledge-sharing difficultly. This paper puts the knowledge under the knowledge ecology system and views the study team as a knowledge ecology system, then studies the knowledge sharing from the perspective of the relationship between each members of the team. This paper draws the flowchart of knowledge sharing of the team, finds core figures, edge points and isolated points within the team by Social Network Analysis methods and the associated tools. This paper will help identify the knowledge sharing problems of knowledge ecology system.This paper is divided into five sections:The first section gives the background, research methods and innovations of this paper; The second section describes the concept and architecture of ecosystem knowledge, content, features and processes of knowledge sharing, and the basic content and application of the social network analysis; The third section analyses the graduate study team from the point of view of knowledge ecosystem and social network; The fourth section is the key part of this paper. In this section, a research team from University of Science and Technology of China is taken as an example to make a detailed analysis of the team's knowledge sharing network characteristics, to identify the core figure, structural holes, edge points and isolated points in the network. Also, the other two relationships exist between team members are hypothesized as the influencing factor of knowledge-sharing, then by the use of social network analysis methods this paper verifies the hypotheses. The purpose of section four is to enhance the status of the team's knowledge sharing with the conclusion; The fifth section summarizes this paper and points out the deficiencies and some issues to be discussed later.The key question of this paper is:how to discover the situation of knowledge sharing of the team and verify the influencing factor. The steps are:First of all, designing questionnaire, drawing matrix, and then using social network analysis chart to draw knowledge sharing map. Team manager can find the core figures, intermediaries, edge points and isolated points by calculating the centrality of all the nodes to make the knowledge-sharing of the team visualization. Secondly, based on the strength of the relationship between each node, in the discussion of the impact of knowledge sharing relationship factors, this paper proposes that the ties between nodes could be the influencing factor of the knowledge-sharing. Finally, providing some suggestions for improving knowledge-sharing behavior of the team.This paper uses questionnaire survey to obtain relation matrix of the members of a scientific research team, analyses the knowledge sharing condition of the team and discovers the keyman by the social network analysis software-UCINET. Also, network of other relationship as the influencing factor of knowledge sharing is discussed and tested in this paper. This paper will be helpful to discover the knowledge sharing problems and characteristic of the team, and can be seen as an objective basis to improve the team's knowledge sharing.
