Social networking site focuses interpersonal interaction, and the building of interpersonal relationships. Social networking sites cover the subject and object of knowledge sharing, it provides the necessary technical knowledge sharing environment. From the knowledge sharing level, the social networking site offers a series of conditions for knowledge sharing. Individual is subject to knowledge sharing of social networking site, other factors influence knowledge sharing of social networking site through Individual factor. This article is from the individual point of view; analyzing an individual’s motivation, ability and opportunity for social networking sites these three most influence knowledge sharing. Then the individual’s character and quality is taken out to analyze the impact of knowledge sharing of social networking sites of original quality of the individual. Among them, the motivation is divided into individual motivations and social motivations. Among them, personal motivation contains access and improving useful knowledge and attitudes. Social motivation Includes three indicators:reciprocal, social identity and interpersonal. The ability includes the ability to use the tools and ability to communicate. The personality includes learning orientation and altruism. Through empirical research in these areas not only contribute to a more clear understanding of the social networking sites for knowledge sharing, but also to the establishment of knowledge sharing. The practice of knowledge sharing in the future can be provided good theoretical support, through the sharing of knowledge on the social networking site-level theoretical analysis and empirical research from the individual level.This article, which starts from the overall of knowledge sharing, using MOA theoretical model, integrates Attribution Theory to build its own social network model of knowledge sharing factors. Gather and learn from past theories, on the basis of previous, extends the MOA (motivation-opportunity-ability) theoretical model reasonably. Moreover, MOA will be used to study the theory of knowledge sharing original social networking sites these three variables were summarized and correction. I hope to make it useful for the later who study the knowledge sharing of social networking through the empirical analysis.The model variables built cannot be directly measured by data, using the289pieces of questionnaires collected through the form of Network questionnaire to measure these variables from the side. Use professional tools for statistical analysis of these data and then use SPSS Software, use Principal component analysis to validate the model, thus forming a strong empirical on the basis of survey data. Empirical evidence proves that the need of obtaining and improving useful knowledge had no significant effect on knowledge-sharing on social networking sites. Interpersonal relationship had no significant effect on knowledge sharing, which is different from the previous scholars.The data collected and analyzed in the study help the social networking site user better understand customers’ behavior, so as to provide support to develop a more suitable social networking site user of the products.
