With the control theory and electronic technology, the adaptability of the controller to strengthen and highly intelligent is becoming reality. Among them, single chip implementation of digital controller as the core of their small size, low cost, powerful functions, user-friendly and widely used. The government of HuaiNan City wants to monitor the Municipal warehouse automatically; we use the sensor technology, Single Chip Microcomputer technology, network communication technology, database technology and web technology to design and develop an intelligent integrated control system. Main contents and results of this paper are as follows:The part of hardware of the paper introduces the sensor monitoring the situation at home and abroad and direction, followed by a detailed analysis of the automatic control system in the warehouse temperature, humidity, smoke, theft control feature, integrated monitoring in the analysis based on the environmental control system of the warehouse were made available design and software design upper.This part of software is aim to complete the collection data came from the lower and process data, while monitoring and processing results stored in the database, to facilitate the management staff from Web client access and control. One of the main gathering data processing service programs using Microsoft. NET technology and C# language, SQL Server 2000, ASP.NET technology.The results show that our design and development of an integrated monitoring system is stable, real-time, accurate, and highly intelligent and can solve the problem unattended, save a lot of human, physical and financial resources.
