Design And Implementation Of Ningxia Petrochemical Company Sales Information Platform

Currently, Ningxia Petrochemical Company petroleum sales process relies on a paper bill of lading with the vehicle loading control system to finish the complete petroleum sales business. The company plan that the management of all aspects of the entire process is also carried out manually, reported and issued by telephone. This old method will inevitably lead to the delay of the transmission of information, too much manual work, and un-smooth sales etc. There is also the risk of inaccurate information.The purpose of this Ningxia Petrochemical sales information platform is to establish sales business processes by means of information technology and automation technology,control the process and transmit the information for sales automatically, and monitor data real-time, improve sales efficiency and reduce the bottlenecks of production brought by the inventory. By these ways, we can make the company safe and stable. Combined with the existing manufacturing execution system(MES), automotive quantitative loading control system, new smart IC card system, LED electronic displays, intelligent speaker system and associated with the hardware, the information can be passed automatically and the process can be controlled automatically too. The main objects of this system are as follows:(1)The system can interface with the MES data and submit the inventory data to the Department of Marketing automatically;(2)Improve the efficiency and reduce manual workload of the automobile sales and transportation by intelligent queuing and automatic cards vending;(3)The Sales Information Platform and LIMS systems can interface with each other automatically, associate the Quality Analysis Certificate with final statements and provide printing capabilities;(4)The web-based core system platform framework should share the sales information data with the various departments of enterprise; the gauge ticket and electronic scale ticket can be generated automatically, and it can also provide fast importing function to generate the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) orders.The thesis shows that we can improve the companies' efficiency and reduce its cost by using the advanced information technology to optimize the traditional management and its mode.
