The development of emerging digital industries has innovated the general ways of obtaining information, and brought big impact to traditional media. In digital age, the limitation of media is melting gradually, and media convergence has become the general trend of media development. In this background, the traditional paper media adjust by itself continually. It begins to use network to transmit.The foreground of newspaper networked course is broad. However, there are a lot of uncertain factors in realizing course. In existing transmit system, there is no clear answers for how to melt newspaper and internet if we interact newspaper and internet. Therefore, for interaction of newspaper and internet, its future is positive, but there is a lot of doubt on fact.This text takes the networking transmit of newspaper as the main point. Meanwhile, it made simple hackling to the before research harvest of interaction of internet and newspaper. Although there is few literatures about professional, systemic, whole research for interaction of media and newspaper, convergence of media and newspaper. For a new topic, it is not ignored by academician and expert. From the rise of research to discussed popular, and then it tend to be mutinied and professional, the research of interaction of internet and newspaper is becoming more and more sense and mature.The second chapter set up the theory frame of the thesis. The limitation of the traditional media in new era in development course and impact of new media urge the newspaper change the traditional transportation way, and find new development way. Newspaper transmit by internet is the development direction of newspaper media. However, what is interaction of internet and newspaper, what is convergence of internet and newspaper, what is the difference and contact between them is the main topic in the second chapter. The last part of the second chapter is the simple hackling for the development course of interaction of internet and newspaper. Facing to new media, the traditional media has experienced a set of reiteration, from repulsion to internet to searching cooperate with new media actively. At present, searching for media convergence actively has become one aspect of the most attended in the traditional development course.The third chapter spread discuss about "certain future". It mainly discuss the reason of the traditional media regards the convergence with new media as the future development direction. Is there any certain advantage of interaction of internet and newspaper? What changes does the interaction of internet and newspaper bring to traditional newspaper media? Moreover, it hackle and conclude the interaction status of media in our country, and consider the problems of them.The fifth chapter is the further extend of the problem in the fourth chapter; it is dialectic thinking for interaction of internet and newspaper. The interaction of internet and newspaper exist uncertain problem not only in practice, but also for the infection of traditional newspaper media. In some aspect, maybe the networks transmit of newspaper is not seem to one kind of perfect transmit way as some scholar alleged. It will bring some problems. There is some disadvantages of newspaper and internet. It is worth to consider that these advantages will disappear or bring new problems in the course of interaction and convergence between them.
