Based On The College Library Management System Development And Implementation Of The Jsp

As the information management system dedicated to specific areas, library management system is the inevitable product of the development of modern information and also the infrastructure for a library to play information services. Based on the detailed investigation on daily work of University Library, this paper completed the system requirements analysis, function modules division, database design, and developed a book management system with practical use value according to an open, digital, automated library construction requirements.System mainly designed the books information table, books stock table, userinformation table and other forms of basic information table to achieve the book management, the userinformation maintenance and database maintenance for administrators, and the information inquiries, lending library, books appointments and other functions for user. Using SQL Server2000 as back-end database, it ensured data validity and integrity, improved system security level; Foreground system developed by B/S technology architecture and JSP language, regarded the user needs as the core, and it enhanced program development Efficiency and reliability. System test and application results show that the designed library management system has friendly interface and easy operation, the function well meet the needs of managers, workers and readers.
