It has been making the frequency resources more and more strained with the rapid growth of mobile subscribers and mobile phone GSM network's rapid development. frequency planning merits and complexity impact directly on the running quality of wireless networks and network-building input cost. Wireless cellular mobile communication network contains a number of districts; each district is configured according to user requirements of business needs, ranging from the number of carrier frequency. While channel allocation in frequency, the frequency assignment algorithm will directly affect the distribution of the results, and fundamentally determine the network quality. From the current wireless network optimization, a lot of problems due to the unreasonable cell frequency planning; the system has quite a number of the same frequency and adjacent interference conditions; which caused radio drop call, handover drops, call blocking and coverage blind spots and other issues in the communication. It has become urgent requirement to select the appropriate frequency allocation algorithm to improve service quality and to increase frequency utilization in development of mobile wireless.There are mainly two kinds of frequency planning methods. The ordinary hand-frequency, which considered the area ideal as a standard micro-cellular, is according to frequency reuse basic model and interference model to allocate frequency by districts, to estimate interference and to repeat adjustments. The automatic frequency planning is by each primary cell and each cell corresponds to interference C/I matrix, then through repeated amendments carrier allocation algorithm that will try to adjust the frequency plan to minimize costs and reduce interference to the network to minimum.Automatic Frequency Planning C/I interference matrix of data sources are listed in the following:1.
