This subject comes from 863 state key projects,'the research and development of High-precision and total simulation ultra-supercritical generating unit'simulation system'.In this project,we study ultra-supercritical generating unit DCS localization through Jianbi Power Plant 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical generating unit.This subject is based on 863 state key projects. A more convenient platform is provided for further research of DCS configuration and the new control strategy.So The development of the simulator environment is no longer needed the support of DCS. At the same time, it can also avoid the hassle and error of manual modeling.The main task of this subject is to develop and design DCS engineer station Simulation conversion software. The paper designs the overall structure of simulation conversion software at first, and on the base of that, the Program of Control system algorithm and Simulation conversion are developed and designed gradually. The formation control system algorithm library includes Programs of control system algorithms, graphic primitive's drawing and graphic primitive's definition. The design of the conversion process includes the information's Acquisition,amend and supplement of modules, text notes, the introduction points and the extraction point. The simulation conversion software is written in C++Builder language, with the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, strong fields, using convenience, pertinence and good view.The test results show that the Simulation conversion software can build Control system simulation model under Anysimu the same as EDPF-NT Plus system.
