Research And Development Of Transmission And Distribution Construction Project Management Information System

The constmction project management is the central content of the electric power construction enterprise management. As a systems engineering,it is with a wide construction, unforeseen and more vulnerable to external factors. Supporting the use of computer technology to improve construction project management is an effective management approach means. Therefore, the study of construction project management information system construction method is of great practical significance for improving the market competitiveness of Power Construction Enterprises.This paper analyzes the domestic and international project management information system status,and the limitations and inadequate of enterprise information systems are identified. Making Beijing Transmission and Distribution Company for example, an engineering information management system as a core-based B / C architecture is developed in this paper.The system uses an information system life cycle method and prototype system development method .
