Semiconductor refrigeration also called thermoelectric refrigeration, sometimes called electronic refrigeration, it use special semiconductor materials through direct current generated when the temperature of a refrigeration way, as of the cooler control system, the requirement for cooler work control should have stability and speed and accuracy.This article mainly introduced the semiconductor refrigeration temperature control system, the system USES singlechip ATMEGA16 as the control part, plus buck circuit and fuzzy PID controller together constitute a anti-interference, intelligent temperature control system. This paper briefly introduces the first chapter of semiconductor refrigeration development situation, characteristics, PID control development, characteristics, and this paper of work to do. The second chapter mainly introduced in detail.the effect, refrigeration principle. The third chapter presents the control circuit of hardware design, including ATMEGA16 drive circuit, multilevel conversion circuit and buck circuit operating characteristics, then it introduces the principle and use heat-sensitive sensor. The fourth chapter presents the system software system design, first introduced the PID control theory, and then that fuzzy PID in this system application. The fifth chapter analyzes the control system in constant temperature control of the characteristics of the system, finally experimental analysis.Semiconductor refrigerating machinery control circuit is positive for cooler output current voltage refrigeration control, dc voltage ripple in 5%, the control accuracy in + 0.5℃.
