Currently, miniaturization is a developing direction of scientific instruments and equipment. A lot of literature has brought up handheld chromatography, hand-held mass spectrometry, and even handheld mri of tiny devices Although a lot of refrigeration equipment have appeared on the market at present, due to its large size, it is difficult to achieve the precise control of the refrigeration temperature. In some scientific research process even frozen control of trace materials accurately, a small amount of material is often necessary, so we need the small frozen space and accurate temperature control technology. Consequently a tiny semiconductor temperature control box is designed. In view of the present experiment with temperature control box, it lacks the miniaturiza-tion of equipment, so combined with our research team on the basis of extensive market research, we develop a kind of small volume, low cost, high performance, the semicon-ductor refrigeration technology experiment with tiny semiconductor temperature control box, in order to provides more accurate refrigeration, heating temperature control tech-nology for high performance of biological agents, such as functional materials labora-tory preparation methods and properties research effectively promoting the process of the research work.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1) Semiconductor refrigeration chip is studied in hot and cold side heat dissipation method, the maximum refrigerating capacity and maximum refrigeration coefficient of operating mode.The research giving the appropriate type and purpose of semiconductor refrigeration chip, develops the micro structure of boxes of temperature control box with good heat preservation heat dissipation effect and high efficiency.(2) Design temperature acquisition and amplified circuit with real-time and high precision measurement based on PT100platinum thermal resistance, and employ the linear interpolation algorithm correcting the nonlinear platinum thermal resistance, re-ducing the temperature measurement error.(3) Make the kernel of semiconductor refrigeration chip driver circuit with the sin-gle chip. The special integrated chip, reducing the board area, realize the current detec- tion, emergency shut off, work instructions, and other functions. Selecting the integrated chip peripheral circuit components effectively reduces the high frequency signal inter-ference, and improves the temperature control precision.(4)Compile the measurement and control software system. Software adopts the modular structure design, including temperature acquisition unit, data processing unit, temperature control, liquid crystal display unit, and other functional modules. Use the digital PID algorithm in the temperature control program, building the temperature con-trol system with short time, small overshoot, stable temperature wave gently, and the function of strong anti-jamming capability.After debugging and running, the micro semiconductor temperature control box shows high sensitivity, resolution and stability, basicly meeting the requirements of the proposed temperature range and accuracy, which can make continuous fine adjustment for the body cavity.
