Through the analysis of their news frame hidden behind the news text, the thesis attempts to explore the frame building of network special subject report.The thesis finds that all the news frame of network special subject report consist of four layers: value frame, issue frame, discourse frame and rhetorical frame. As a result, the author puts forward"news frame echelon model".The research results of the thesis have very import actual and direct sense for journalist, such as setting media agenda initiatively, increasing efficiency of news text production, improving effect of media communication, guiding public opinion actively, shaping and promoting national image.
