As the rapid development of the construction work on the transport hub in Chengdu, the requirements of the taxi industry, road passenger traffic industry and the bus industry in Chengdu and the residents', in the city, demand for levels of the service quality are constantly improved. Therefore, the evaluation for the service quality of traffic industry in Chengdu become an important system engineering. This evaluation not only forms an scientific, rational, reliability and practicality of the evaluation system, but also find out the problem and the solution form it. Moreover, we are able to continuously improve and enhance service quality, resulting in greater social economic benefits.Based on this, this thesis analysis and research the documents published by Chengdu Transportation Commission, resulting that the functions of the evaluation system reflect in two aspects which are evaluation and submitting data. When choosing indicators, this thesis references the macro-indicators of the evaluation system about management of the traffic in cities published by the Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Construction in order to establish three indicators systems, which reflect common features of the traffic industry and different features of the taxi automotive industry, road passenger transport industry and the bus industry.When the evaluation system model is established, this thesis chooses such a method that combines Multiobjective Decision Analysis Method with Grey Clustering Method. As a result, the whole model includes two parts, Comprehensive Evaluation Model and Traffic Safety Evaluation Model. Based on this two models, we strengthen the evaluation of traffic safety.This thesis forms a close structure of function and a clear structure of data of the evaluation system by C#.NET. And R1A is realized by Sliverlight 4.0 in the evaluation system to enhance the interactivity of the system interface. Moreover, the evaluation system could choose the two-tier C/S architecture, the three-tier C/S structure and the three-tie B/ S architecture flexible by DSL.
