Research Of Office Grading System Based On Vsto

Based on computer application, paperless examination has characters like accurate judgment, environmental protection, facilitate organization, reusable, which makes it becoming very popular. For this reason, efficiency and stability of examination and grading system, which have some problem more or less, is responsible for the exam result of examinee. For example, in NCRE, more than one hundred examinees in one room manipulate computer relied one sever which must be very stable. In NCRE of Hebei province, manipulating placed on every examinee's computer, and grading is based on concentrated load. If loading fail because of unstable system, the examinee's score will be 0. To conquer these problems, the author put forward improving method in NCRE(1st level).In the research, the author propose technique and implement method combined with Office exam system's current situation and trend, and based on the common grading method. Based on NCRE(1st level) examination Syllabus, the author analyze knowledge points in Office to provide target for the grading system. Main procedure judge by classified method of Office knowledge points, provide solution for the situation of more than one answer. To form a complete Office test system, main procedure also offer several ways to report scores. The hardcore of the project is to obtain custom made Office documents though designing and programming by graphical interface, which is based on one of the plug-in units of Visual Studio 2008 named Visual Studio 2005 Tools for the Microsoft Office System. The custom made Office documents will constitute a more efficient and stable grading system of the Office test.The research improve NCRE system in 3 aspects:Firstly, the new system can optimize procedure of choosing test questions, save system time and provide dynamic test material to perfect test questions. Secondly, by changing concentrated loading and concentrated grading into grading by units and step, the new system reduced the possibility of computer crash. Thirdly, the author proposed solution for distributing papers and reporting scores. Of cause, the research has some defects to ameliorate by more jobs.
