In this paper, the WE-300D hydraulic and oil press was done with digitalization reform. The process of steel’s pull force test and building block’s press force test can be automatic retrieved. The steel’s yield load and anti-stretching load and building block’s destruction load were distinguished and stored on-line.In the input path reform of controller, photoelectric encoder was used to measure the mechanical power instrument’s angle and passed to computer by data acquisition module. In the output path, using digital output module to provide the step motor controller’s pulse, thus to control feeding oil valve’s opening angle to achieve loading acceleration adjustment.The table data fields of steel physics characteristic, mechanism characteristic and jointing characteristic table were built and the data exchange interface between database and application was designed by SQL. System software design included control view and curve display view. In the control view, the load data acquisition was executed and coding transform periodically in control view with data acquisition module hardware driver and acceleration adjustment was implements to regulate oil feeding through operator thread technology. In the curve display view, using Microsoft graphic control to display load chart and label the steel yield load, anti-stretching load and destruction load with real time.Loading acquisition and conversion storing and on-line Loading acceleration adjustment was implemented using visual c++6.0. System is robust in field running.
