College Teaching Material Management System Design And Implementation

In recent years, with the reform of college teaching continuously deeply and years of college enrollment, the number of college students is increasing rapidly, and the demand of textbooks and usage dramatically increase correspondingly. Because universities adapt to meet the needs of the market in the professional constantly adjustment and updating, the curriculum reform is in advance gradually, which makes use of the school textbook type more and more. As to manual or of low efficiency of teaching management software, staff and management department of labor intensity is enhanced, the time of the effective information requires increasingly longer.Teaching management of teaching management is a very important part of colleges and universities, involving the students work, so is the work. For large amount of data, and management of university teaching is trial, reasonable management directly affects the normal work of teaching. The efficiency is low as the college still use manual add standalone version of the management system to manage the school textbooks. Therefore, the development of a new teaching mode in the new environment and the mode of teaching material management system are imminent. It can not only improve working efficiency , reduce the burden of teaching management personnel, also can improve the effectiveness of information exchange, help students update knowledge structure promptly .This system is using asp.net + SQL server as development debug tool and SQL as the backend database, following the popular structural system analysis and design method for management system. It adopts B/S structure, characterized by strong usability, high level of information resources sharing, friendly interface, easy maintenance and high safety.This system can realize the daily work of the teaching branch operation, also can achieve the teachers and students to reserve the books, etc. It mainly divided into five modules: teaching branch management, educational client, client, teachers and students of this financial user-end landing interface. Teaching material department mainly carries on the management of teaching plans, outbound and reservation, information query and notice issued by the system, etc. Teachers should have registered by their own pass words, then revise their information and should send up the reserved books catalogue. Educational administration personnel distribute teaching plan issued by the teaching and task of examination . Students may choose learning materials, and consult tuition fee etc. Financial department can count for teaching material and find cost settlement and answer the inquires etc. All of these operations can work through this system in network, all data can be real-time shared.This paper introduced the realization of the asp.net based on B/S and the teaching management system analysis, design and implementation. The first stage, the feasibility of the system is analyzed, and then on the analyzes system function and performance requirements.Design phase, mainly deals the system structure, the specific function and the detailed design of database. Realizing stage, settles the system module, and relevant code. In the end, this paper summarizes and prospects. This system can promote our teaching management informationization construction .
