Design And Implementation Of Sichuan Conservatory Of Music Performing Arts Project Resource Management Information System

With the rapid development of information technology, more and more collegesand universities embarked on the construction of information technology on campus.The teaching resources is one of the most important information resources for Collegesand Universities, teaching resources affects the quality of the teaching directly, andplays an important role in the development potential of the mining education. However,the traditional teaching resources have been unable to meet the teaching requirements,on the one hand, traditional teaching resources are mainly paper resources, though, suchas PPT courseware, pictures, videos and other resources has been growing, But theseresources are in a decentralized form, inability to form system,and have more difficultto share. On the other hand, the existing teaching resources, particularly electronicresources, in the absence of a sound organizational management tools, is not conduciveto open a full, continuous accumulation of teaching resources, extension of the adversecourse development, to the detriment of student demand for the entire curriculumresources. Therefore, it is necessary to use network technology and WEB technology todevelope a teaching resource sharing platform, to realize the scientific managementteaching resources, in order to meet the requeirement of teachers and students forvarious teaching resources.In this paper, we firstly analyze the the construction condition of teaching resourcesharing platform at home and abroad, to learn their merits, find out the deficiencies inorder to identify the direction of the system development and the goal needed to achieve.Furthermore analyzied the information management theory (MIS theory) anddevelopment technology which would be used in system development detaillydevelopment of the system, complete theoretical system construction and technicalpreparation. On this basis, the system needs intensive research work. By interview withteaching resources management frontline workers who work with teaching resourcesmanagement, teachers and students, understand the needs of the entire system to form acomplete instructions for requirements analysis.On the basis of a clear demand, complete overall system design and detailed design.Respectively, do the system business process design, use SQL Server2008databasedevelopment tools to complete database design and system features modular design, finally realization of final completion. Development throughout the system, in strictaccordance with the design of object-oriented development method for systems, isbased on three-tier architecture, ASP.NET development technologies, such as data,business logic layer, and presentation layer interface for system implementation.In order to achieve the purpose of sharing resources, In terms of design, focus on adifferent approach to teaching resource sharing, use FLEX technology, in a uniformformat and forms, display different formats of teaching resources, to achieve full use ofresources, fully shared.After completing the functions of the system implementation, optimize the systemcode to improve system speed, give user with a good sense of the experience. Finallyaccording to the software engineering test method to test the system functions rigorously,in order to ensure the accuracy of the on-line system can be used.Throughout the development process, we see the different teaching resources as aunified organic whole, from the resource uploading, reviewing, sharing, etc., realize themanagement and sharing of resources. Achieve the goal that university will be able toshare resources easily, allowing managers could classify teaching resource management,finally realize rational management, so that teachers and students can quickly find therequired teaching resources, and conduct visual browsing, so as to realize the entireeducational resources sharing information management objectives.
