The Design And Implementation Of Teaching Material Manage System In Inner Mongolia Vocational College Of Chemical Engineering

With the deepening of teaching system reform and information-based degree of management improves constantly, the traditional management of teaching material is too hard to meet the demand,the work is facing new challenges and opportunities.The management of teaching material is a very important part of teaching management, it is directly affect to every teacher and student, it is also important to ensure the normal operation of teaching. For large amount of information, and the management of teaching material is tedious, reasonable it directly affects the normal work of teaching. It will easily to bring different kinds of errors and efficiency is low as Inner Mongolia Vocational College of Chemical Engineering still use manual to manage the textbooks. Therefore, to develop a manage system for teaching material which adapt to the rules and needs of teaching is imminent.The system is based on ASP.NET platform, using C# language to program and SQL Server as the backstage database.As a whole, the system is developed with structural life cycle method. The system is divided into four function modules:teaching material management, query, print reports and system management, connection with the database of educational administration system.The system adopts B/S architecture to avoid the installation of client terminal, convenient to queries for users, high level of information resources sharing, it is simple for system updates by just updating on the Web server.After the whole system realizes, it can meet the functional demanded of teaching material management, to better serve the teaching work for the teachers and students.
