It has attracted the school's concern that how to manage students' information fast, efficiently and properly. As an important part of the college work, student management is ramifications, including enrollment management, registration management, curriculum and score management, daily performance and evaluation management, financial assistance management, dormitory management, graduate management, employment management and so on, which are the whole process of the student in university. The traditional manual management pattern already cannot satisfy the current fast and efficient work, so informationization, network of the student work is an inevitable trend. Student information management system has been widely popularization and application.Student information management system is a software that aimed at the huge business of the attendance officer in university, mainly used for college students' information management. Its main task is to use computer to deal with all kinds of students'daily information, realize the systematic, scientific, standardized and automation of students' information management. This mode has many advantages out of manual mode, such as:rapid and convenient retrieves, high reliability, large storage, good secrecy, long life and low cost. These merits can enormously enhance the efficiency of student management, and it is necessary for the scientific and standardization management of university, which provides the important condition for the international development of university.Aimed at the students'actual work of Shandong QuFu Normal University, considered the characteristics of university student management, based on the three-layer Struts+Hibernate framework, used Mysql database, this paper design and implement a student management system of B/S mode. This Paper first discusses the background, Purpose and significance of choosing this topic. And then depicts the main problem in the system development; summary introduces the process of requirements analysis; brightens the software architecture, function architecture, security architecture and the detailed design of every model, specify the implementation of key business. The system effectively achieves the informatization of student management, reduces the workers' burden, which guarantees the high efficiency and standardized management, and avoids mistakes and irregularities that frequently appear in manual operations.
