With the continuous development of mobile communications and the Internet, on the one hand, telecom operators need to meet the growing business needs, on the other hand need to resist the impact of the Internet against the traditional value-added services. This requires telecom operators to launch more colorful value-added services. CRBTFC(Color Ring-Back Tone From Caller) as a derivative of CRBT(Color Ring-Back Tone) can give people more personalized service experience. CRBTFC allows the calling user to customize their own ring tones to replace the traditional ring back tone. Compare CRBT which customized by called user, it is easier to meet the calling user’s individual requirements. It also allows CRBTFC subscribers switch between CRBT and CRBTFC by pressing phone keys when he’s feeling the ring back tone, so as to further enhance the user experience of the service.At present there are some implementation solutions of CRBTFC, but these solutions all have their limitations and shortcomings. This has become the major bottleneck hindering the development of the business. In this paper the implementation solution based IMS network is proposed, which not only expands the scope of application of CRBTFC, but also greatly improve the user experience of the service.The call processing subsystem as the most important functional module of CRBTFC platform, Realize most of main functions, such as call signaling control and ring play control.This paper are carried out and written based on the design and implementation of the system. This paper is organized in the following section structure:The first section describes the background and significance of CRBTFC, pointing out the deficiencies of the existing implementations; then propose the implementations based IMS network, and describe network architecture and service process of this implementation; MeanWhile IMS network technology and SIP protocols are introduced simply.The second chapter detailedly illustrates the functional requirements analysis of the call processing subsystem system of CRBTFC, including service requirements of CRBTFC service and functional requirements of the call processing subsystem.The third chapter is the main sections of this paper. The main content is the design and implementation of the call processing subsystem of CRBTFC. The outline design, detailed design and implementation of each module are respectively illustrated detailedly.The fourth section describes unit testing and system testing of the call processing subsystem.The fifth chapter describes existing problems of the call processing subsystem and the parts that need to be optimized in the future, also including additional explanation of some key technical point.Finally, in the sixth chapter the paper writing and the design and implementation of the system are summarized, meanwhile next main work and the future development of CRBTFC are discussed.
