| The local government is currently carrying on information-based network construction and OA improvement at the call of "China E-government Project", enhancing the communication between the internal departments and the government.On the background of OA innovattion, it is a urgency to design a full distributed, safe, and efficient Autoditacte Graduation Declaration System, which is on the purpose of satisfying the statistics of the Autoditacte information of Shandong province and enhancing the efficiency of the examination and approval of information in the utoditacte Office.This paper mainly studys the key technology and resolution of the big file transfer, business data transfer, data alternation of Autoditacte Graduation Declaration System. Meanwhile, this paper designs the reliable big file transfer protocol-SFTP, and proposes the resolution of distributed business data transfer, and implements the exchange interface of general data. Finally, it realizes the real, safe, reliable and high efficient Autoditacte Graduation Declaration System, which is applied for the graduates of Shandong Province.This paper designs and implements a reliable and efficient big file transfer protocol on the basis of detailed research on the business of the Autoditacte Center of Shandong province and the Autoditacte Office of Jinan. This protocal is able to satisfy the business data and file transfer (i.e. photos and some other materials) between the Autoditacte Center and local Autoditacte office. In order to the data exchange between Autoditacte Center and local Autoditacte Office, this paper also proposes an incremental business data transfer resolution based on the Web Service, Hessian and RMI. Finally, the design and implemention of Autoditacte Graduation Declaration System is discussed in details. |
