The Role Of Government And Countermeasures Analysis During The Scientific News Propagation

Science and technology are the basic contents and important lever of civilization progress for human being. Scientific news propagation acts as a public approach for transmitting scientific and technological knowledge and shoulders important functions such as conducting public scientific literacy and making achievements transformation of technological innovations. Scientific news dissemination is just like a bridge which is bridging between creators of knowledge and materialization people of technology, between manufacturers and consumers. It makes new knowledge, new technology and new inventions achieve effective flows, transformation and rapid dissemination; then it combines into a creative integrity, improves labor efficiency and achieves economic and social progress. The developments of scientific and technological undertakings are important components of Chinese government leading people to construct great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Under socialist public ownership system, scientific news propagation media is used by government to serve for the developments of scientific and technological undertakings and national economy. Among the researches which are conducted on scientific news propagation,"government's role" is a factor which is worthy of investigation.
