Materials for Combat Readiness Management is an important support to protect military training, the level of its management directly affect Force can fulfill the tasks assigned at higher levels.In view of the majority of the current troops's material management means of a single, low information content, poor benefits, need a financial supplies add, query, statistics, deployment, spoilage and other functions into one Web-based Materials for Combat Readiness Management system. The system is established by the information administration, which is based on the B/S model, and selects ASP.NET+ Access 2003 to apply, which is such comprehensively advanced management methods as administrative, information, systematic science and network technique, all routed into one. The design of system employs the typical theory of objects-oriented. The development includes two aspects:the establishment and reservation of the backstage data base; the development of front applied programs. By achieving this system, users can directly visit all kinds of information with in the authority of operation under the network environment.Paper gives emphasis to elaborate the objects-oriented based on UML, the design of the data base and the using of UML model through the Materials for Combat Readiness Management system. Furthermore, it analyses the functional demands of the users in the system, defines the system services or function units enjoyed by interparticipants, establishes the needed models and detailed division. On the basis of the Use Case Diagram, the thesis enters the stage of systematic analysis, distinguishes all the classes with in the system, establishes the Class Diagram, judges the structure of each class, and finally builds the static models in the stage of systematic analysis. In order to describe how the objects interact dynamically in different period of time, the thesis continues to establish the static models in systematic analysis stage.The Materials for Combat Readiness Management in this paper can be divided into users manage model, materials manage model and journal manage model. The materials manage model is the focus of development for the whole system, among which can be divided into such models as query materials management,recombined materials management,spoil materials management,grandtotal materials management, and so on. System implementation, the use of three-tier data storage and application of the separate presentation, layer used to deal with user interaction to achieve a variety of real-time data entry, statistics, query analysis and other operations; Business logic layer encapsulates the core functionality of the system can access the component by ASP.NET technology responsible for responding to client requests for Web application processing; Data layer, including database platform, war material database and the hard disk file data, business logic layer is responsible for processing and realization of the data request.The paper also discussed how to apply the design patterns on the materials for combat readiness management system of the troops. Design model provides object-oriented technology best practices and rules that can help developers to describe the design fragment, reuse design ideas, using other people's professional experience. Paper describes two design patterns in material for combat readiness management system, such as data access layer applications in the abstract factory pattern, to optimize the use of observer data query mode.
