Based On The Web Of Frontier Defense Combat Readiness And Border Protection Facilities Management Information System Design And Implementation

With the fast development of computer network and Internet technology, the information management system based on the network service systems is increasingly widely applied to industrial produce and daily living. The correlative technology is also used in militarily.In the process of military development changing from mechanisation to information, the quality of information developments of the troops affects the whole combat ability directly. For the frontier troops, the frontier guard duty and the frontier infrastructure information management systems is an important contents of information developments.The development of the frontier guard duty and the frontier infrastructure, information management systems based on Web become the urgent task of frontier troops information developments.This paper analyses the frontier guards on duty under the actual circumstance of management work in frontier, the current troops' network construction and the requirement of developments with the information in detail.Then, the system architecture is designed based on CMS. The system is realized using the ADO and ASP of VS.NET and SQLserver2000 database, which is composed of frontier duty information, the decision support information management of frontier affair disposal, the small troops reports information management, frontier duty device teaching material information management with frontier infrastructure information management and etc.Network administrators and users ( such as chief, staff officer personnel, small troops on duty member) can access the system at any time and anywhere, According to their legal privileges, they can retrieve and manipulate the related data information quickly.The prototype system reached the expect requirement through testing.
