| Nowadays,multimedia classroom has become major teaching space of universities institutions.Multimedia classroom plays a very important role in teaching.The management of multimedia teaching equipment is directly related to teaching quality on campus.For the sake of solving problems in the use and management of multimedia teaching equipment,a complete set of management systems of multimedia teaching equipment based on campus network is in great demand.The core of this system is network central control of multimedia classroom. Its peripheral functional modules including:equipment control module,classroom monitoring module,video capture and audio capture module and resource demand module.The equipment control module is able to switch the output channel fromseveral audio and video sources.Meanwhile,the switch of the main power,theproj ector and the proj ector screen can be operated by the control panel of the central control unit.as well as the operations of other multimedia teaching equipment.The classroom monitoring module is mainly composed of network management software, network TV wall and monitoring equipment composition, which can realize real-time monitoring of multimedia classroom. The video capture and audio capture module can capture the real—time images and voice of the equipment when it is working and compress them.These are the basis of the remote control. Based on B/S structure of resource demand platform, which providing an open management platform for the teacher resources and fully support based on internal park nets or WAN terminal grant access,browse inquires and downloads for the upload resources.This system has moderate cost and practical function.
