Design And Implementation Of Reimbursement Management System Based On Electric Business Platform And Approval Workflow

In the modern enterprise reimbursement system,costs of travel and procurement are required to reimburse through the invoice.With the great progress of Internet technology,enterprise paperless office has been basically achieved.But the reimbursement model above has become the short board for a business to achieve paperless office.The model of consumption in the front of the reimbursement affected the operational efficiency of the enterprise,while the enthusiasm of the staff also had a certain impact.While in the consumer field,the development of e-commerce is indeed showing a thriving scene.Consumption on the Internet have become an indispensable part whether for individuals or for enterprises.At the same time,online approval has become an indispensable means of company operation.The system combines the electricity business platform with the consumption behavior in the enterprise's business trip and the procurement,and makes use of the advantage of the e-commerce platform in the shopping and the efficient online approval mechanism of approval workflows to make the the reimbursement behavior more normalize,systematize and real-time.In this paper,I analyze the demand while the staff is travelling and buying something for company,then design subtly in system architecture.The server uses the popular SSH framework at this stage.Mobile phone software covers both iOS and Android mobile phone operating system.The work and innovation of this paper can be summarized as follows:1.The system combines reimbursement management with electricity business platform to manage and control the staff's consumer behavior in the process of business trip and procurement.We combine the internal mall with third-party mall to expand the use of the system and service types.In the aspect of third-party mall,we cooperate with Ctrip to achieve the ticket,train tickets and hotel accommodation online direct reimbursement of public funds,greatly improving the operational efficiency of enterprises.2.The system implements the approval workflow of the automatic start based on the conditions and business.It makes the definition of the workflow template more user-friendly by HTML5.It also adds the approval mechanism based on the U-Shield signature to make the approval more secure.The system put the approval workflowmechanism into the reimbursement management.So that the entire reimbursement process become more controllable and efficient.3.We use multi-tenant and one machine model in the overall architecture of the server.We also import Ali cloud server system into the entire framework of the system.So that the system has better scalability and adaptability.This system uses SSL two-way authentication mechanism to improve the security of the interaction between the server.4.In view of the particularity of mass freight logistics,this paper puts forward the logistics tracking method with distribution staff as the core,and has developed the mobile APP.We achieve the real-time tracking of large quantities of freight logistics,and developed docking SDK which is used to connect core service and the enterprise cargo management system.Through the SDK,we achieve the automatic order delivery.
