With high speed development of economy, China would become one of the most hotspot in the world, more large and international activities and games would be hold in china.In these years, there was 29th Olympics Games, Celebration of 60th National Day,2010 Shanghai World Exhibition,such kind of activities and games would be more and more.Therefore,telecommunication network will have more challenge and chance.The optimization of the telecommunication network would be very important to ensure running stably and efficiently, guarantee the success hold of the games.So the research of the telephone traffic forecast and network optimization during these large activities and games would be necessary.In these demand,the network optimization during large activities and games,especially for the international telecommunication network,there's few achievement.This article is for the international netwrok optimization demand. Research for the optimization of CNC (Beijing 2008 Olympic Games fixed communication and service partner) international telecommunication network during Olympic games. Summary and gather experience, provide reference and example for the network optimization in the future.The major of this article is to forecast the demand and impact of the international telecommunication network during 29th Beijing Olympic Games.According to results of forecast, design and implement the network optimization. Have the detail analyse with problems during forecast and implement, and the resolved methods.
