The Research For The Accurate Billing Of The Split Tickets Basing On Off-Line Mode

Currently, the hot billing and accounting in the offline charging mode has been widely used by the operators because of its flexible business development, but the problems of arrears brought by the offline charging are particularly prominent. In order to effectively control the risk of arrears after using the long time communication services, the operators have used the way of cutting up the communication behavior in users'process. However, the split influenced by a single switch device will bring new problems, such as the split time is not the integer multiple of talk time and broken tickets impact the billing accuracy. It also gives the user a negative perception with a number of acts in a call. Therefore, how to ensure the accurate billing of the split tickets in the offline charging mode has been the foundation of the corporate integrity and the foundation to improve the customer satisfaction.To resolve the problems, we can use cumulate modules to ensure the accuracy of charging for split tickets. We also can change the split tickets to one ticket by merging the modules. By using merging modules and cumulate modules, we are able to shorten the time of control the arrears and show the complete tickets for the customers.The billing model of cumulate tickets and merging tickets has been used in 31 provinces of China Mobile. It has been the mainstream method for split tickets and accurate billing in the offline charging mode of China Mobile.
