Based on the computer Internet, Internet of Things uses the Radio FrequencyIdentification (RFID) and Internet to achieve the share of things information all over theworld. The product of Internet of Things is the wisdom crystal of the development ofinformation society and economy trade. Also it’s a revolutionary new technology inhigh-tech field, consequentially bringing a revolution in the RFID field.Passive Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID is a technology, which uses the radiofrequency signal to achieve non-contact information transmission and its objectiveinformation identification. Because of its long-distance, high speed and low cost, UHFRFID has become the focus of the study in RFID field. In the construction of national Internet of Things, without the self-determinationproperty right of RFID coding standard, chip and core technology, we will not have thereal security of national information. Our nation is organizing correlative departmentsand enterprises to promote the study of correlative key technology for exploiting theRFID technology standard with the self-determination property right. This paper seriously analyzed the ISO/IEC18000-6C protocol, and rectified itsphysical parameters to avoid the overseas correlative technology patents. Theparameters contain the data coding style and frame-sync sequence between the readerand the tag. This paper provides the new data coding style and frame-sync sequence, then builds up the RFID system link-layer model and uses the MATLAB tool to validatethe feasibility of the rectified protocol. Finally, based on the rectified ISO/IEC18000-6C protocol, this paper using theTSMC0.18μm standard cell library to renewedly design the key modules of theprevious tag chip’s digital baseband, and completes the logic design and physical designof the digital baseband. The chip has been taped out at the TSMC0.18μm process.
