Communication-software is the most valuable electronic information technology in the 21 st century. This kind of software has its important application value in people's daily life. It can supply cheap and convenient communication service and shows wide application prospect in many fields such as power, telecommunication, petroleum, petrifaction etc. The broadcasting system which the thesis refers to is a backstage communication server implemented by software programming.The existing communication software has common shortcomings such as repeat construction, single function, long cycle, expensive cost, difficult to maintain and update etc. As a result of this situation, we can't supply high quality server to customer. So we research this subject. In view of the case, firstly the thesis introduces TCP and UDP, which are two main transport network protocols, and analyzes these protocols'technical background, feature, application fields, and technical issues. The thesis emphatically researches TCP protocol being related closely with broadcast system, and achieve the broadcast system basing on TCP protocol.During the development of the system, the thesis mentions the concept of work-flow firstly. Work-flow can make the system applicable, customizable, and easy to expand. What is more, the system uses new I/O technology, which is more suitable for the occasion of high pressure and short connection. Finally, the thesis designs a mechanism of encryption and scrambling, which can ensure that the system sends point-to-point message on satellite broadcast channel.Because of the successful application of the technology mentioning above, the system improves the code's reuse, and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional communication software in this field. Thus it can reduce the development cycle, save the cost and improve the efficiency. New I/O technology enhances capability of the software, and save the system's resource.In order to verify the effectiveness and performance of the system, this subject has tested it rigorously. The results show that the system can complete all of the intended functions. It has excellent performance and stable operation. Design and implementation of the broadcast system will be valuable to the similar systems.
