Because of the widely use of the cell phone and the developing of the cell phone's performance, the mobile data business is being popular. At the same time, credit card is being more and more popular too. Mobile payment has attracted more and more people for its convenience and speed. It has been accepted and used by many people. But in china, the mobile payment is a new business and has a lot of problem to be solved. In the article, it gave an analysis of the mobile payment industry at beginning. It analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the mobile payment industry. It also analyzed the mobile payment industry's value chains, and depicted the relations of the different part in the value chain. Then it analyzed a process of the mobile payment to find out some problems of the mobile payment industry, after that it gave a solution to deal with these problems. The importance of the mobile payment client software is also described in this thesis.Concerning the importance of the mobile payment client software, the author gives a introduction of the technology about mobile payment client software, especially the persistence technology and the network connection technology. At the end of the thesis, the author design and realize a mobile payment client software. When the mobile payment client software is being designed, the author take the demand which is asked by the optimized payment process into consideration such as widing the use of mobile payment, increasing the intervene to the shop's business process, advancing the data security and the user's experience and so on. So the software have same good features such as adopting a lot of cases, having friendly GUI, more secure data exchange and meeting the mobile payment process' demands.
