The Design And Implementation Of Remote Electronic Circuit Experiment And Teaching Management System

With the popularization and development of distance education, particularly in computer network technology, multimedia technology and related hardware etc, remote experiments in distance teaching has become a hot topic in education. It makes the best use of the advantages of network technology, remote control technology and video technology to completely solve the problem generated by experimental sites and time restrictions in the past. It can help you finish your experiments in any time and any place.Based on the study of a number of domestic and international documents on remote laboratory, we design a remote electronic circuit experiment system. This paper describes the structure of the system and the function of each part. Additionally, this paper also analyses the design and implementation of the embedded server, the hardware and software of the remote virtual instruments in detail.The electronic circuit experiment part is the core of the remote experiment. It uses adjustable resistance and multi-switch etc to achieve the dynamic changes in circuit structure and circuit parameters. The modular design allows more expansion of experiment contents. The digital circuit and logic design experiment part uses programmable logic devices. By downloading the configuration files remotely, it can support different digital circuit experiment.As to the administration of experiment teaching, this paper starts from the needs analysis to determine the function the system required, then selects the appropriate development tools to design the education management system which is based on B/ S architecture. The design includes a database and the pages of students, administrators and teachers. At the end of this part, the paper gives the system test plan and the test results.Based on the actual operation results of the remote experiment system, this system can meet the requirements of remote experiment teaching. The offer of the remote experiments makes up for the constraints generated by the limited experimental sites and opening hours which seriously restrict the experiment teaching. At the same time, it also effectively improves the efficiency of the experiment teaching management.
