The Research And Implementation Of Circuit Resource Management In Transmission Network

Great progress has been made in telecommunication, as the transmission network being developed, the services being increased, and the network being enlarged, it is more difficult than ever to acquire the source and the situations of the entire network simultaneously and accurately. It can't be supported that the operation management of point-to-point. For example, the interprovincial circuit always be divided into several parts. One part will be managed in backbone network management system, and others will be managed in provincial network management system. So the circuit quality can't be assured. However, the transmission network parent OSS is an effective solution to these problems. The system is now gaining more and more attentions and becoming one of the indispensable operating support system.This paper mainly discussed the model of the transmission network parent OSS, designed and implemented the function of point-to-point circuit management in the whole network. It is proved that the system can support the uniform management for the provincial and interprovincial circuit in transmission network. Accordingly, It improved the operating quality and efficiency of transmission network.
