With the rapid development of mobile broadcast tv and multimedia technology, end users are not satisfied with the text, voice, pictures and low quality video services provided by mobile operators any more. They have a great expectation on multimedia messages, video on demand and video pushing, mobile tv and SNS high-level applications.To meet this demand, for operators such as CMCC, it could use TD-MBMS to deliver broadcast and multicast services to mobile end users. However, TD-MBMS will take up a lot of frequency spectrum resources, which is valuable for operators. This happens especially in downtown areas with a lot of people, making video services economic unacceptable. If CMCC uses CMMB's broadcast technology to deliver broadcast and multicast video services on new frequency spectrum, this will reduce TD network's burden greatly. CMMB is the mobile multimedia broadcast standard of China, its advantage lies in wide coverage, relatively low cost and can support multi-users at the same time. Due to unidirectional characteristic of broadcast network, it can not support on demand and bidirectional services. TD-SCDMA's bidirectional network and CMMB's unidirectional broadcast characteristic, making them meet each other's need.This thesis has a deep analysis on TD and CMMB's combination application, and looks into video services'broad applications, making a detailed analysis of video pushing and mobile tv services. Then drawing up an innovative business operation models, and making an analysis on TD and CMMB's combination based on market orientation, technology characteristic and market promotion. With the mobile trend of telecoms and broadcast tv network, video service application will bring a great new chance for SNS. TD and CMMB's combination application will benefit SNS mobile end applications, especially in video services. Based on analysis of SNS service applications, this thesis finish the design of interface module, database module and synchronization module, and also SNS account register and log in, user subscription and content audit flow chart design and LBS based service research.
