This paper introduces the implement of the test of the USB control IC which resolves the problem in our practical projects. The platform system based on ARM Cortex M3 LPC1768, This paper shows you the detail information how to build a USB host system based on LPC1768 and how to test the USB control IC use our USB host system with test machine.This pap-er put forward a method which simulation the IC s work environment to test Ics, which resolves traditional method can't test ics which have high integration and can't synchronous with test machine. This method is simple, easy to use and work steady, which large decreased our test costs and increase test efficiency.This paper introduce the system based on LPC1768 build a USB test system which simulation the USB control ic's work environment and unit with test machine. Based on what we need, first simply introduce USB protocol and IC test, highlights how to build a USB test system. Currently, This system is working efficiently in our practical project.
