| With the development of a company, its business is constantly evolving. Faced with many business operations, there are many hidden risks in company management. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an internal auditing system that contains various types of business audit for an internal auditing criterion.Through the using of case view, sequence diagram, static view, context data model diagram and ER diagram, the thesis is based on "internal audit norms" and "internal audit practices" and other auditing standard criterion. It analyses the entire auditing process of business needs. It designs the control of project process and auditing role. In order to meet need of update for the risk matrix template column format requirements, flexible and customizable templates were designed for modules to meet the need of changing audit template. In addition, considering the auditors often do auditing off-line; we design the module of the exporting, importing risk matrix. We standardize the auditing activities of the company, effectively control of audit quality, and improve audit efficiency.This thesis uses CTP architecture development framework which is set based on B/S structure of the multi-channel application platform. Tag Library was used in the page (tag library), to make the page more concise. At the same time we use the popular Ajax that can make the page update part of data to increase the user experience a good impression. In addition, we use some open source libraries such as Apache POI in the module of importing and exporting risk matrix template to make auditor fill daily template easily. When we design the risk matrix template which is completed by operation staff, it is required to customize the auditing template(papers, reports, forms) flexibly. Customization refers to the Customizing flexibly template(papers, reports, forms) in the custom fields. By combining several earlier technologies, we make the risk matrix template for all business operations come true. |
