| This paper takes the Chinese books copyright output countermeasure as the main object of study .Based on the summarizing of the copyright trading present condition ,the dissertation analyzes the problems exiting in Chinese copyright trading .Copyright trading is one of the most important part of intellectual economy .How to cultivate correct copyright viewports ,how to increase copyright exporting and how to strengthen the influences of copyright agency are all the problems that Chinese publishing industries need to tackle now and in the future. The copyright trading has the cultural significance and industrial attributes. The dissertation tries to organize a main framework to resolve the problems of the intellectual property in the trade domain. From the macroscopic policies to the microscopic essential factors, the dissertation researches how to construct the development strategy that speeds up the development of copyright trading.
