Recently, more and more Software Test& Evaluation Center(STEC) are founded independently from development. Second-party test carried out by product-suppliers, has more predominance on special technology than the third-party test. However, this kind of test also incurs various problems during implement, and the main is that the test resources can not be ensured through the development, and randomicity and uncertainty of test process. The significant thing for STEC to solve now is how to get a better test result in a limited resources restrict. Risk-based test strategy is a useful way to solve this problem.In this paper, the basic conceptions mainly focus on radar software technology characteristics and risk evaluation methods are introduced firstly. Then, the risk analysis process of radar software test requirements are introduced. And the risk strategy factors, such as the targets and requirements of system testing, how to validate the characteristics of radar software quality, the testing type and regression testing stragegy are introduced. in main body of this paper, It particularizes the main content of risk test strategy—How to use various test methods based on risk evaluation to control technology risk of system testing. widely using gray-box and software error inject testing technology, build an available and usable radar software testing environment(such as Emulation test platform and digital signal driver test tools), test cases'optimize, sort, repeat-use technologies are feasible methods. At the same time, some examples of test case design with test technology above are given. The last factor of risk test strategy is risk expected scheme. It submits a normative test process manage requirement for the risk expected scheme, at the same time, it also refers lots of useful risk expected scheme.
