Pulse compression radar is a kind of radar which has a good performance of detection. It also has strong anti-jamming capability. So the research on the jamming of pulse compression radar has important theoretical and practical significance.This article first discusses the basic characteristics of pulse compression radar and the most common and typical pulse compression radar signal: the LFM signal and the binary phase code signal. Then, this article constructs the computer simulation model of pulse compression processing, and systematically analyzes the pulse compression processing of the LFM signal and the binary phase code signal. Then, this article briefly introduces the jamming technology of radar, and discusses several jamming patterns of the LFM signal and the Barker code signal, such as noise amplitude-modulation jamming, noise frequency-modulation jamming, shift frequency jamming, numbers of false targets jamming and so on. We analysis and compares their jamming efficient by the method of computer simulation.The results of emulating indicate that the effect of noise jamming is not obvious, in order to achieve the desired effect of suppression, the power of the jamming signal must be large enough. In comparison, shift frequency jamming and numbers of false targets jamming are very effective jamming patterns of pulse compression radar. But the realization of this two jamming patterns is more complicated than noise jamming, and the shift frequency must be reasonable in shift frequency jamming.
