Nowadays, with the development of the scientific research in the area of basic education, the teaching and scientific researchers, with the majority of frontline teachers, begin to pay more and more attention to the practical researches which can solve the practical problems. The research related to the head teachers'work is one of the top priorities. This research is based on the author's years'experience of training head teachers. We have found there are obvious inheritance and variability between the head teachers of the generation after80s and70s or60s in terms of the background, personalities, and the behavior custom in our preliminary investigation. Moreover, they are more creative. That's why we need to be more creative when training and assessing them. Many people are questioning:Can the head teachers of the80s lead the children of the90s? In order to improve the head teachers'professional skills, we choose "The Research on The Head Teachers'Personalities and Training Forms" as our subject. After a series of practical research, some research findings are found.This study can provide us some new ideas when training the head teachers of the80s and therefore, it can improve the class teachers'quality and working efficiency in Shijingshan District. Besides, it can provide a harmonious, constant and powerful social system to foster students'moral accomplishment. This study, which is based on the reform in education, can meet the demand of the development of our nation and the teaching reform. It can also meet the Party Central Committee's requirement in the building of the head teachers'team. This study, which aims to provide an empirical mode for the construction of the class teacher troop, has its own significance and value.Questionnaires and interviewing methods (the interviewees are students, parents and teachers) are used in this study. After investigating the participants within the scope of the research, the study shows us the personalities and behavior customs of the head teachers of the80s. we studied some individual cases and took detailed notes. We can summarize the similarities and differences through the comparison between the80s and the non-80s. The notes can be a valuable resource for the researches of the next stage.As the youngest class teachers'group at present, the80s is the generation with the most outstanding problems and meanwhile with the biggest potential. The lack of experience can be solved by time; their incompetence in work can be improved by practicing. The youth, enthusiasm, intelligence and the sense of responsibility are the advantages of this group which can never be replaced. With the constant self-development and self-actualization, the head teachers of the80s will create wonderful achievements in the area of education.
