In Chinese feudal society during the long history,tang dynasty,arguably is a peak of theprosperous times, it makes an unprecedented achievement in many areas, such as political,economic, military, culture and national relationship, the whole society is also showing athriving beautiful scene, creating remarkable success both in material civilization and inspiritual civilization. As an important part of the tang culture, sports gets an unprecedentedvigorous development in this social environment, ushering a peak time of sports development.The prosperity of tang sports reflects not only in the aspects which includes rich content,strong competition consciousness and sports activities which spread to all levels ofsociety.And there is a particular dazzling is, the vigorous development of women's sports intang dynasty with the traditional mindset "Male superiority to female" in feudal society, thecontent of activities participated by women in tang dynasty is also rich and colorful, and also,it has a bright contrast with China's successive dynasties of feudal period, write a gloriousbrushstroke in the development of Women's sports in our country, and promote the sports intang dynasty to reach the top further.Therefore,this paper choose tang dynasty——moreprosperity in feudal times, In this context, based on the leisure sports activities participated bywomen as the research object, tease the leisure sports activities participated by women in tangdynasty and process of its development, in order to understand women's life in the tangdynasty, what's more, provide some thoughts in researching the development of the modernleisure sports.Women's leisure sports in the tang dynasty is systematically studied in This study bycollecting and reading a lot of literature material, and borrowing researching ideas, thoughtsand viewpoints from the sociology, women's studies, history, and other related subjects.Thisstudy illustrates from five parts. The first part of this study introduces the background, thesignificance and the method of the research, at the same time; it illustrates the research statusof women's leisure sports in tang dynasty systematically.The second part of the studyintroduces the type of women's leisure sports activities in tang dynasty from different anglesand different representations detail by detail,and also,women's leisure sports activities in tangdynasty are summarized and classification systematically in this part.The third part introducesthe feature of women's leisure sports in tang dynastyThe fourth part carries on a thoroughanalysis on the cause of women's leisure sports in tang dynasty from all aspects and anglessuch as politics, economy, culture, women's social status and so on. The last part draws theconclusion through the contrast analysis, summarizes the whole paper and concludes thethings which are worth thinking or reference to carry forward from the development ofmodern leisure sports and the development of women's sports...
