The United States is the first country to develop Entrepreneurship Education that has formed a relatively complete entrepreneurship education system. It has been 60 years since Harvard University first opened entrepreneurship education courses in 1947. The entrepreneurship education of American colleges and universities plays a significant role in advancing American economic development, by providing a comprehensive education system for undergraduates and promoting the development of American innovative enterprises.The entrepreneurship education is a new field in education system, which greatly enriches the theoretical expansion of education. In this study, through in-depth research and discussion, we aim to explore the novel concept of entrepreneurship education, curriculum, teaching methods and teacher training. Since United States started earlier for the entrepreneurship education study, by studying the entrepreneurship education cases in United States colleges and universities, we can learn the value and characteristics of entrepreneurship education, find its rule and summarize the theoretical foundation for how to organize a successful entrepreneurship education, in order to enrich the entrepreneurship education theory in China.Entrepreneurship education in the United States takes the forefront in the world. By learning advanced business education in the United States experience, it has the important practical significance for our colleges and universities to explore the road of entrepreneurship education, as well as to provide new solutions of college students'finding jobs.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part; second part reviews the development of American entrepreneurship education course; the third part analyzes the American entrepreneurship education from factors of concept, education center, teacher training; the fourth part analyzes the characteristics and trend of entrepreneurship education in American Universities.
