| In recent years, with an expansion of universities and health conditions relaxed for disabled graduates, the number of higher education for disabled people is increased gradually. This is an important expression that the state attaches great importance to education for the disabled. Meanwhile, the employment of disabled graduates also increasingly underline. The paper did survey on A University, used empirical research methods, and did research on the social support system of employment of disabled graduates form the humanism solicitude perspective.It comprehensively, intuitively and systematically demonstrated the basic status quo, existing problems, and their causes of the social support system of employment of disabled graduates in the univercities, and on this basis put forward countermeasures and suggestions that perfected this support system.The full paper is divided into six parts.The introduction described the study's research background, research ideas and goals, research methods and procedures, and other related issues.The first chapter related theory wrap-up. Defines some important concepts, form the complete support of theory, and sorts out the worldwide research on the theory of social support.The second chapter is empirical research. According to questionnaire and intensively interview, discover the basic status quo and main features of the social support of employment of disabled graduates.The three chapter reveals the exsiting problems of this employment of the social support from the above five levels, analyzes these causes.The four chapter establishments comprehensive support system. According to the status quo of the social support system of employment of disabled graduates and their existing problems, the test rasies countermeasures and suggestions that improves the support system from four levels, establish the network system and hopes to promote employment of the disabled graduates.The conclusion sums up the research condition of the paper, describes the new study, and finds that some of the limitations of this study. |
