| Disabled people are a special group that,to some extent,is in a disadvantaged position in society.Due to physical,mental,and intellectual deficiencies,they often find it difficult to fully participate in social activities and receive equal treatment.Normal employment is the cornerstone for the survival and progressive development of disabled people of appropriate age,and it is also an important means for them to realize their life value.China has always attached great importance to the employment issues of various groups,and the employment of people with disabilities is no exception,which has always been a livelihood issue of great concern to the Chinese government.Although with the care and care of governments at all levels,the cause of disabled people in China has continued to develop healthily,providing many convenient conditions for their daily life and employment.However,based on the actual results of work in recent years,there are still some unsatisfactory aspects,which have caused some difficulties in the employment of disabled people.Therefore,eliminating social discrimination,safeguarding the employment rights and interests of people with disabilities,and providing various convenient conditions or creating a fair employment environment are the most important aspects of China’s disability cause.Vigorously promoting social support for the employment of people with disabilities plays a crucial role in improving their economic conditions,changing their vulnerable status,and ensuring their employment.However,there are still some urgent issues that need to be addressed by the government,the market,social organizations,and communities in supporting the employment of people with disabilities.Based on this,this article takes disabled people of employment age as the research object,and from the perspective of social support,mainly studies three issues.Firstly,starting from reality,based on the current employment situation of disabled people,further understanding the situation and conducting some practical research.Secondly,based on research,conduct in-depth analysis of what the problem is?What is the root cause of the problem?Thirdly,with a clear understanding of the root causes of the problem,targeted and effective measures should be taken to ensure the employment of people with disabilities,especially by obtaining strong support from society.This article focuses on the theory of social capital,based on its theoretical connotation,conducts in-depth analysis of reality,and strives to provide clear solutions and methods for solving the employment of disabled people and obtaining strong social support.In terms of research methods,this article mainly conducts in-depth and detailed research on the employment problem of disabled people from the perspectives of literature analysis and case study,especially in terms of employment support.Through in-depth research,the fundamental reasons for the existence of this problem are clarified,and through learning from advanced foreign experiences and specific practices,our own ideas and insights are proposed for the social support of disabled people’s employment.Through our own investigation and research,we can focus on the social support of disabled people from the following perspectives:macro level(government),meso level(market,social organizations,community),micro level(personal relationships),and other aspects,and have identified many problems.In response to these issues,I personally suggest that governments at all levels can address them from the following aspects.First,government support should focus on the improvement and implementation of laws and policies for the employment of the disabled,increase government investment,and improve supporting measures for the employment of the disabled.The second is market support,which should vigorously promote rapid socio-economic development,provide employment opportunities,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of people with disabilities,and provide diversified employment services.The third is the support of social organizations,which should actively organize and carry out employment activities for people with disabilities,assess their own qualities and skills,provide psychological counseling and self-awareness evaluation services.The fourth is community support,which includes understanding the basic situation of people with disabilities,providing skills training,psychological counseling and other services,actively developing public welfare and auxiliary positions,providing rehabilitation training resources,and carrying out activities to care for people with disabilities.The fifth is personal relationship support,actively playing the role of family support,enhancing the awareness of disabled people seeking social support,and improving their personal abilities.With the continuous improvement of China’s employment policies,the increasing support for employment for disabled people,and the continuous efforts of disabled people themselves,the employment channels and prospects for disabled people will be wider,the employment services for disabled people will be more perfect,and the quality of employment for disabled people will also be greatly improved. |
