Survey Of University Students' Entrepreneurial Capacity In Shanxi Province And Training Strategy

The quality of talent in today's technological advancements, the era of highly developed in theknowledge economy, social development given the higher expectations and demands. Students asmotherland train highly qualified personnel, China building an innovative country can not shirk itsresponsibilities and obligations. Since the1999college enrollment, every year a large number ofgraduates into social, graduate employment difficult in recent years, high hot topic,entrepreneurship is the best way to address the students themselves employment to start to improvethe employment of national policy which came into being.Currently, students entrepreneurship education has attracted world attention. Entrepreneurialeducation starting as early as in some Western developed countries, the rapid development ofentrepreneurship education in China compared to more mature.
